Through screening countless hours of pre-NBA and NBA archival footage spanning Klay's entire career as well as newly shot interview+performance footage our editor was able to really grasp his journey.

This was a unique story to tell from an editing perspective as it was told from “the middle of a moment in time”. This piece was shot, cut, and released while Thompson was still mid-rehab. Many sports films have a built in triumphant conclusion but the genius of this edit was the ability to tell a compelling story at it’s halfway point.
