This is the story of Jan Kooijman, a Dutch actor and former ballet dancer, who learns how to act like a real man again. Kooijman is pursuing a career in Hollywood. He gets a part in an action movie, next to the one and only Sylvester Stallone. During the BBQ lunch on the film set Kooijman dishes up a salad and a healthy vegetable skewer from the grill. All of a sudden Sylvester Stallone grabs him by the arm and drags him through some spectacular action scenes. While Kooijman tries to keep up, Stallone explains him what it takes to play with the big boys. If he wants to act like a man, he has to eat like a man.
