To remind high net worth individual clients of the importance of home insurance.
Execution
Since phoning these busy individuals wasn't an option, we got under their radar by mailing them these compact discs. The cover had and intriguing caption "Guard Dog Sounds" without further explanation. Playing the CD revealed a message before the dog tracks - if you don't have your home insured, play this to keep burglars at bay.
Outcome
As this has just been launched numbers are still to be collated. However feedback has been very positive, with some clients even complimenting AIG!
