Can a bank make people happy?
Maybe, but not without an understanding of what happiness actually is. This site - part of the 'Happy Banking' campaign for Australian bank BankWest - sets out to discover more about happiness, and its possible application to banking.
First up, we ask the 'experts in happiness' - a flower, sunshine, a teddy and toy dog - what it is they do that makes people happy.
Then, we test the theory that kittens make people happier and reduce stress levels by singing a song that directly addresses the user. Every tune sounds different - each letter of the users name collectively producing a unique melody.
