Description
Task: to show how Bertelsmann Content Network (BCN) connects the various networking-activities within the Bertelsmann group; to present how BCN can market ideas across several media; and to establish contact with users who would like to submit their ideas. Execution: the main difficulty was to find a visual concept for the company's idea of networking. Solution: using a drag-and-drop navigation, the user 'plays' his way through the areas of the website. While experiencing the work of BCN and learning about the extent of the brands and operations within the Bertelsmann Group, he or she literally builds up his or her own network by interacting. To meet the high technical expectations of the media professionals target group, the application was then developed in Flash 5.
