In June 2001, Bertelsmann founder Reinhard Mohn celebrated his 80th birthday. Our goal was to create a website which could show the life, successes and convictions of Reinhard Mohn. The website creates a dialogue between Reinhard Mohn and the public in order to illustrate specific ideas and moments in Mohn's biography. Personal quotations are used to guide the user through Mohn's life as a man, reformer and entrepreneur. The user is able to listen to memories from contemporary witnesses and family members, see videos showing Mohn, and read articles from famous philosophers and entrepreneurs concering Mohn's ideals. Thus allowing all to explore and learn about the great experience of his life's journey.
