In 5 of the major art galleries of Belgium, works of art by leading artists such as Panamarenko and Permeke were covered with a black board on which a brief description of the painting was written.
The “hidden” painting was hung among other works by the artist. The boards were signed: “Welcome to our world. The Braille League.”
Outcome
In the 7 days following the start of the action, The Braille League attracted wide attention in the national press. More than 2.700 visits were recorded on the accompanying website.
