Once it was created a database full of personal information about the guests, the information was linked to RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) microchips.The microchips were hidden in all personal badges and RFID Reading Portals were built in 21 selected sites.The portals were able to identify each guest and, after the identification, provide the data information to the server that controls the interactions.Through the interactions the guests were surprised with the personalized messages and jokes.
