Our animation & production studios worked together to convert 2D sketches and storyboards into the finished product.

The rigging and animation were done in Maya. Additional character effects such as fur, fat & cloth simulation were done using SideFX Houdini.

Environments were modeled in Maya and textured in Substance Painter based on photo references of New Zealand and Australia. Vegetation was added using a combo of Speedtree and Houdini.

All lookDev and rendering were done in Houdini and Mantra & Final comp. 2D effects were done in Nuke.
