Description
Three graffiti characters on the side of a building notice humans drinking ice-cold Coke on the hottest day of the year, and go on an epic journey through the city in search of Cokes of their own.
Execution
The spot melds live action and animation using a variety of shooting techniques, including handheld rigs, tripods, cranes and drones for scale, and perhaps most notably, a 360° 3D surface scanner to craft a complete narrative, bringing to vivid life otherwise inanimate graffiti—starting with simple and stoic shots to reflect the static nature of our graffiti characters and erupting to sweeping high-speed aerial tracking shots as the race reaches its climax.
