Outcome

We had a great answer. Locally we sent 4,000 direct mail to invite citizens to take part in the Plan: 1,500 people participated in the events. Nationally, we had a great return: +165% access to the website; +35% avarage time spent on the website; we made subscription to the website pair to the 50% of all the subscription made in 2011; in quarter one of 2012 +15,9% volume-shares and +14,3% value shares compared to quarter four of 2011.
