In a storm, a fishing vessel is in distress and calls for help. Our main character, a Marine officer on the rescue operation, must make an immediate life-and-death decision. A decision that requires responsibility and courage. But also doubt. Because as an officer, you need to commit yourself in dangerous situations, take responsibility and make critical decisions even when you are in doubt and the lives of others depend on your choices. That is the essence of the campaign film. But it's not about the fishing vessel. It is about the officer in the control room – and not least her dilemma, which the viewer gets to feel first hand throughout the film and especially due to a dramatic open ending.
