Background
Qatar is an Arab State rich in oil and knowledge, that has embraced the modern era with a soaring ambition and vision for its future and most prized possession, its children. Our task was to create a global destination brand that ensured how it was perceived, was aligned with what it stands for.
In order to do this we had to fully immerse ourselves into understanding the needs and positioning of the country - the combination of modernity and tradition that captures a nation deeply rooted in its heritage, and at the same time, is progressive in building a future-fit infrastructure.
Execution
The Qatar wordmark is a discerning combination of tradition and modernity.
A timeless classic. Being our most distinctive brand asset, was applied across all mediums. The brand was launched at The World Trade Market in London. The wordmark was applied to stationery, billboards, taxi cabs, TVC, banners and digital.
