Description
The client wanted to reach out to intermediate and small companies that don't have the infrastructure (personnel branch) or the time necessary to search for employees when new staff is needed. They tend to make wrong choices due to being pressured or hurried into occupying that vacant spot; often basing their choice merely upon the resumes they've read, and not thorough background studies.
Execution
We got through to the owners of these intermediate and small companies by direct mail, with a real-scene photography (15cm x 10cm, on photographic paper) of a group of people in activities or situations that border between good and bad, things that could make you question their integrity. In this photograph, a 4cm x 3cm box (standard size photographs for your resumé in Colombia) has been cut-out. The box of remaining composition of the picture, can be used as a photograph for attatching any resumé.*Note: In Colombia attaching a picture with your resumé is mandatory.
Outcome
• Recruitment of 310 new clients (small and medium companies).• Reactivation of 120 prior clients.• Packages sales grew 26% versus the same period of the previous year.• Regarding the total mails sent (2.000), 21% efficiency was achieved.
