Description
We created an invitation mailing in the shape of a Mini Digital Video Tape, including the typical stickers with hotline number and registration details. The description of the event was in the booklet inside an original Mini DV Cover.As the event was dependant on the weather, a Hotline was installed where all the invited guests could call for further information in order to learn if the event would take place or not. SMS (mobile phone text messages) reminders were sent out to everyone who had been invited.
Outcome
The mailing was a huge success: More than 25% of the inviteed confirmed their participation.Red Bull was very happy with our idea.
