Austrians are more "Euro-sceptic" than most other EU states' citizens. Negative scenarios overshadow the benefits that come with EU membership. Euro-sceptic opinions are usually fuelled by public bias. Launch of an effective, dialog-oriented campaign, “Europe, listen up!” should help separate bias from impartiality.
TV spots address people with doubts, using humorous stories: a spin-doctor attempting to infect others with Euro-scepticism, however, soon subdued.
