Eurostar Odyssey: The world's first onboard virtual reality experience takes passengers on a breathtaking journey to the seabed of the English Channel, transforming the roof of the train into a glass ceiling that reveals the underwater world beyond the tunnel walls. The adventure is designed for littles ones and the young at heart, turning the journey with Eurostar into an attraction. ‘Odyssey’ transforms the notion of travel, making it as much about the journey as the destination.

A MOBILE AND VR INTERACTIVE EXPERIENCE AVAILABLE ON ANY DEVICE.
Eurostar Odyssey is built into Eurostar's onboard entertainment system, and can be streamed using any smartphone, making it accessible to every traveller with no need to download any app or software.
4 different subaquatic worlds have been created in 3D, populated by more than 30 species from the fauna and flora, inspired by the most fantastic stories and legends.
An interactive gaming element invites passengers to explore and collect the aquatic life they encounter, so the experience is unique for every user.
The modular approach of the build will allow Eurostar to easily create new chapters of Odyssey in the future.
Every asset has been designed and developed to fluently work onboard the train, within heavy technical constraints.

‘Odyssey’ lays the foundations for future Eurostar VR experiences, with VR headset vending machines installed at stations in February 2018, and new chapters set for release.
