Execution

The "State of Happiness" theme was used in communications such as direct mail pieces, internet, outdoor advertising, radio, and television. The theme was also used for a special with a Ski Cable Car on a tram. Skiing is unique at Center Parcs. In the Netherlands, skiing is possible all year-round at the large indoor ski run at Park de Kempervennen. The concept was seized upon as a promotional device to focus on Park "Kempervennen". Ultimately, the campaign was then augmented with promotional hostesses, the internet, and telemarketing.

Outcome

* 56% entered the code during the promotional week* A total of 81% entered all information (providing leads for the present and the future)* 7.6% have, as a result of telemarketing, booked a short break* Short break sales were sufficient to cover the initial costs of the promotion
