Consumers interacted with our street performer by pressing one of seven pedals thus activating any one of seven performances. Emotions ranging from ‘despair’ through to ‘joy’ were acted out with great gusto thus drawing attention from afar as well as closer customer engagement.
Outcome
You-tube also played a huge part in our campaign when our Sydney performer came upon a chance meeting with YouTube’s famous ‘Free Hugs’ guy. Our footage of the encounter was then uploaded thus giving us a link to the ‘Free Hugs’ YouTube footage (which currently has over 24 million hits).
