Apple took the market by storm as the first advertiser to dominate a whole new hip shopping mall– The Langham Place. All kinds of eye-catching ad formats are employed in different corners of the mall include pillar-wraps, giant posters/billboards, escalator stickers, banners hanging on metallic construction, plasma TVs, etc. Also,create a new format of skyline projection which turned the shopping mall to a dance hall by projecting the iPod TVC to the skyline
Outcome
The sales performance has exceeded the target volume and new series product was running out of stock shortly after launch. Generated very encouraging transactions through roadshows in Langham Place – the sales has already covered all the media and production costs incurred for the mall domination.
