Execution

High unemployment rate among youngsters in Poland - 25% - is partially caused by inefficency of traditional recruitment process. To change that we have created a cutting edge recruitment experience allowing people to remotely navigate through company premises, talking to employees, taking part in the projects being developed and sensing the place's atmosphere. Judging by first results it's clear that this is the future of modern HR.

Isobar Explorer robot is not only an internal recruitment action but also a pilot project intended to fight an unemployment problem and to help the young people in finding a better job. Hypermedia decided to test it on itself firstly but in the future the agency would like to offer such solutions in the form of a ready to use set, as a complement of traditional recruitment processes for companies in Poland as well as abroad.
