The illustration makes use of highly technical 3D artworks, each created using individual entities that come together for a final piece. Understanding the concept of RunningOnTims, we wanted to draw a parallel between the mechanisms that keep a clock or watch running, with that of what keeps a city running i.e. that first cup of coffee.

Each detail, mechanism and gear was hand-modeled and then perfected with lighting, material tuning, rendering and post-production.
