The result is the “Two Hearts and one Magic Parking” promotion, the first to experience together.
We made a YouTube video of a girl silencing her smug boyfriend through perfect parking, no hands.
The message? “Don’t fight, at least for Valentine’s Day. This February, Lancia offers couples a 100% discount on Magic Parking when buying an Ypsilon”.
Afterwards, users can:
Download 50% discount voucher;
Suggest it to their other half too;
Come with her to the dealership for free Magic Parking.
Thanks to this, 1½ cars were sold per day.
The video had more than 1,500,000 views in three weeks.
Outcome
The initiative was promoted on the web in many ways: display advertising, social media marketing and direct email marketing, promotional landing page.
The results:
- Video viewed by more than 1,500,000 people from 7–28 February.
- Facebook posts dedicated to the initiative achieved approximately 3,000,000 views, more than 2,000 likes and more than 1,200 shares.
- The promotional landing page attracted more than 130,000 visitors, totalling approximately 200 registrations.
- Thanks to the promotion, Lancia sold 1½ cars per day.
All in just three weeks.
