Where can we catch the target group of opinion leaders between 20 and 30? At events. At clubs. At bars. But does the LEIBNIZ cookie fit into such surroundings? No. But there is a trend the LEIBNIZ cookie can use: Sushi bars and Asian food restaurants are frequented by the target group. The solution: The LEIBNIZ cookie is packed Asia-adequately and turns into a surprising experience. We baked a miniature LEIBNIZ cookie in a typical fortune cookie and gave them out in Asian restaurants in Berlin, Hamburg and Cologne. A fortune cookie which contains pure bliss.
Outcome
The first load of fortune cookies was out of stock in all 30 restaurants after just one evening.
Both second editions lasted only a few days. In short: the promotion went down perfectly with the target group.
