The sentence “it’ll get to you” echoes throughout the first part of the tvc in a threatening tone leading the viewer to think “it” refers to the virus. Scenes of people in different contexts, protrayed like a

target, show there’s no discrimination or barrier for “it” to reach you.

In the second part of the tvc the camera switches and we finally see who “it” is referring to, “it” is not the virus, “it” is our organization: Medecins du Monde.

The threatening tone suddenly becomes reassuring, a note of hope.

Medecins du Monde will get to you, no matter what.
