Description
apoBank wanted doctors to feel that they are exclusively there for them every day. That’s why apoBank invented MediCAL: a calendar that only a person who is medically trained can use.
Execution
mediCAL is a calendar that cannot be read but can only be listened to. To hear the date, doctors use their stethoscope to apply pressure to 4 touch-sensitive points, known as the standard locations to listen to the heart. They then recite the date through invisible micro loudspeakers.
Outcome
The reaction by the target group was overwhelming. The reaction to the apoBank mediCAL was overwhelming! apoBank achieved a response rate of 67%, which included phone calls and emails. By surprising their unique target group with a calendar that appeals to their profession, apoBank ingeniously emphasised their exceptional level of commitment.
