Description
The Mercedes-Benz subsidiary asked us to develop a customer relationship idea to advertise the after-sale and maintenance services to existing clients.
Execution
We created a calendar with a magnifying glass attached. The customer had to use it to find the information about month and days hidden somewhere on the motor.
Therefore the customer literally had to do what Mercedes-Benz Service does everyday: take a closer look. We sent the calendar to existing customers of the Mercedes-Benz Centre Stuttgart as a gift at the end of 2008.
Outcome
The calendar was very well received. Shortly after mailing the calendars, the Mercedes-Benz Centre received personal thank-you letters and calls and in most cases combined with a request for a second calendar to pass on to friends.
