Description

Migros, Switzerland’s largest retailer with 500 branches, has a programme for promoting biodiversity and humane animal husbandry. Consumers who buy Terra Suisse label products make a conscious decision to support biodiversity and so promote the well-being of animals both wild and domestic. Respect nature, and one day, nature will return the favour: Migros wanted a film to illustrate the benefits of Terra Suisse. The scene is a typical Swiss farm on a Sunday morning. For once, the animals are all silent and are going out of their way not to wake the farmer. They want him to be able to sleep in for once – as a thank you for how well he treats them. So it is not the animals, but the church bells that put an end to the farmer’s well deserved rest.
