Project had a great impact among customers and Vodafone was receiving congratulation phone calls for the creative and surprising idea. We mailed out to 6,000 current GPRS users, trying to convince them to upgrade to 3G. The results were astonishing. 35% of recipients actually went to Vodafone shops to learn about the new service. 20% of customer base converted their service from GPRS to 3G. 75% of all recipients kept the paper butterfly which will work as a great memory aid tool for future decision.
