Description
In a real car accident, while SMK’s customer already finished his claim process, another party was still waiting for his insurance agent and felt frustrated. Suddenly the FASTERTAINMENT team, which had accompanied the SMK agent to the accident site, promoted the ‘“SMK is faster” message by entertaining the waiting party with hilarious Thai opera. This was to remind him that to wait for agent was very boring and unnecessary time-wasting experience. Then the team convinced him to switch to SMK.
