Description
In developing a new Web site for the US Navy our cahllenge was to create a highly compelling, entertaining and informationaly rich site to attract young people. The objective was to help potential candidates translate their likes, dislikes, stregths, interests and goals into a career opportunity with the Navy. Further, to provide relevant, personal feedback to candidates about how the navy can accelerate their life by providing career, education, travel and financial opportunity information. To educate potential candidates on the type of jobs the navy can offer. And to create interest that leads to the qualification of interested candidates who express a desire to speak with, send their information to, or immediately contact a Navy recruiter.
