Description
The Chill Room was created for the 2016 World Chefs Congress & Expo. A play on the double meaning of 'chill', this dual purpose space was inspired by traditional restaurant cold rooms - a theme Expo attendees could relate to - and gave young chefs a place to recharge and cool off. From hanging cardboard meat posters that young chefs could write and draw on, to props and cut-outs chefs could take selfies with, to custom-made furniture, beanbags and cool air, every quirky element of The Chill Room encouraged the young chefs at the Expo to kick back, relax and stay cool.
