The project goal is to create an engaging, interactive online experience for an international audience that clearly expresses NY's energy and vibrancy, educates the user about the NY bid and plan for the 2012 Olympics, providing up-to-date news, events and fresh content about the NYC2012 bid and NY sporting events, builds awareness and support for NYC2012 bid that helps drive the NYC Olympic movement to success. NYC and the Olympics are about realising dreams. We want to convey these values shared between New York and the Olympics by demonstrating how the spirit of the Olympics is lived every day in New York. In addition, the site will be available in three languages - English, Spanish, French.
