Nokia Sense is an interactive touchscreen that allows customers to intuitively explore the world of Nokia products and find a phone custom fit to their lifestyle. We designed a concierge service to provide custom support for Nokia reps. Apps like “Street Rider” and “DJ MIX” showcase exclusive Nokia services.
Every aspect of this bespoke retail experience was controlled by a content management system for local stores to run unique promotions and messaging unique to their markets. Time spent in store and average sales increased, proving Nokia as one of the world’s most advanced retail brands.
