In Argentina, most people don't know the right number to call an ambulance. In case of an emergency they use to call 911 when actually 107 is a much quicker way to get medical assistance.

We see a couple having breakfast when suddenly the woman falls to the ground unconscious. Her husband starts shouting as he tries to wake her up.

We cut to the kitchen counter, there is a cellphone there. The man arrives to the counter but instead of grabbing the phone, he swipes it out of the scene with his arm and makes room for a bowl and a few eggs.
