All the Pepsico soft drink brands communicate on one common Internet platform: Pepsi Town. This site is structured around a virtual community of Internet users who have all got an avatar that can be personalised. The members move in different universes with the brand and can meet and talk together through real-time chat. The community’s life is highlighted by many events.
