The flipbook is a 12-consecutive-page series of images taken from the most famous extreme outdoor video companies and starring the hottest young skier. The reader is directed online to 3sickminutes.com, which features more extreme skiing footage and information on the North Face Prodigy line.
Outcome
Flip-book put Prodigy in the mind of over 300,000 young extreme athletes. Website saw a 5-fold increase in traffic and rabid fans spent an average of 27.6 minutes interacting online after the flip-book ran. Prodigy debut was so successful that it helped propel The North Face’s 2005 revenue up 20%.
