Everytime rain falls over a town, kids play with water, while an old man picks it up in bottles. But them summer arrives, and kids don't have water to play in anymore. Meanwhile, the old man seems to be building something in secret. Suddenly, a big air balloon appears in the sky. The oldman is driving it, and with all the water bottles he picked up, he creates rain. All the kids are happy again.
