Celebrating five years of visionary style, Y-3 once again reverses the paradigms of perception and reality. The new summer collection is inspired by Japanese ancient history, its clarity and mysticism. The collection's traditional Asian style and the offline campaign’s surreal concept are merged and extended in the online campaign. Known for its pureness and simplicity, for its humility and concentration, the metaphor of a Japanese Zen garden is the inspirational source of Y-3 Gravity.In such a reduced environment piles of folded Y-3 styles are plainly presented. Once the user clicks on a pile, the styles unfold and present themselves impressively to the user. The styles artfully hover in the air and can be zoomed in upon to see details. Y-3 Gravity focuses on a very pure, unusual and aesthetic product experience. When the user leaves the site it is never the same again…
