Description

Subaru.com enhances the Subaru customer purchase and ownership experience online. Original photography and animation conveys Subaru’s premium image by emphasising the style and design of its vehicles. Research tools and navigation were streamlined to accommodate different customer needs throughout the decision-making process. This included unifying financial and shopping tools under one section — giving consumers quick access to request quotes, locate dealerships and view available inventory.

“Build Your Own” was streamlined into an intuitive and simple four-step process that engages users and encourages them to complete the car design process — while capturing consumer data for a prospect database.
