Execution

GRAACC invited bloggers and companies to join the Donate Your Website campaign. They just had to access the campaign landing page and to register their website or blog. After the registration, a JavaScript was automatically generated. The company IT team or blogger just had to copy and paste it into the source code of his website or blog.

Outcome

Companies, users and bloggers got engaged and over 400 websites and blogs were donated. GRAACC website had 185.000 visits during one single day (daily average of 3.500 visits). And other campaign goals were reached: value collected increased 78% over the monthly average and the number of providing members raised by 20%. Alone, this initiative guarantees donations until the end of the year equivalent to 40% of the total collected in 2009. Donate your website reached all its goals with a very low cost: ZERO.
