Description
Australian Dad’s are notoriously bad on the telephone. They never quite know what to say. Thanks to the generation gap, a Dad’s conversation with their children, would usually be a bit stilted and uncomfortable. Aussie Dad’s prefer to get their news of the family through the hub of information – Mum. In this TVC we use this insight to demonstrate, with gentle wit, how Mum is the crucial communicator. We never actually see Mum in this ad but there’s no doubt she is the hero.
