We re-installed the WWII resistance radio station ‘Radio London’ as the resistance-to-Eurostar-radio. A resistance can usually count on the sympathy of the public, but this one couldn’t be supported by any rational element. Even though they gave the weather forecast of Zaventem (Belgium’s main airport) or made songs to support them: their resistance was too amateuristic to believe in. So on the contrary it became clear that their resistance was useless.
Outcome
In February sales have been sustained by our “resistant” radio spot; the year-to-year volume growth has reached +5% and the revenues growth achieved +13%.
