A large, almost entirely blank postcard was created. The only visible copy is on the reverse, which has O2 logo and a line which reads, 'You don't know what you're missing without Voicemail. To activate yours call 1750'.

The blank postcard was a tested amongst 10% of voicemail non-user base. For people who received the blank postcard, there was 30% increase in calls made to voicemail 301 from September - January.
