Description
An incentive plan was developed, using a game, similar to other games of Trivial Pursuit, called Terraplay. The cards for the questions and answers of the game could only be found by visiting the Web page's different channels. Cards were updated periodically to increase the game's appeal.
Outcome
Visitor frequency increased 20% and it´s been maintained over time.
