For one month, Enel sent out the electricity invoice printed on seeded paper.
So, when you got the bill, you could consider it the last paper invoice and bury it forever. Something green would grow out of it, to sustain the eco-friendly message.

Enel, the largest electricity provider in Romania, needed to communicate the launch of the electronic billing service.
The objective was to convince existing clients to switch from the traditional paper bill to the electronic one.

After the first month, over 50,000 clients chose the electronic billing service.
Relevancy
As the former state-owned electricity provider of Romania, Enel is making efforts to improve their environmental image. The electronic billing service they launched was an important step in this direction. Our communication idea took it further, as it spoke about the ecological thinking behind the product.
