BriefExplanation
The film captures some of the very first dances of same-sex couples who are finally able to get married, with marriage equality now law in Australia. All the weddings depicted are of real couples, and the film is entirely shot on iPhone X. It represents both a powerful demonstration of Apple’s values, and of iPhone X’s camera – the perfect tool to capture life’s most important moments. The film ran nationwide, and was timed to coincide with the 40th anniversary of the Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras – Sydney’s world-famous festival of pride, diversity and inclusion.
