Changers, A Dance Story watches the romance between a man (Lakeith Stanfield) and a woman (Mia Wasikowska) develop and grow over time as they navigate the intricacies of monogamy. It was a story about relationships, the ups and the downs, but ultimately how through them we find our best ideas (and even best selves) from these whirlwind experiences, told only through dance and music, no dialogue.

The show ran for a week. It was the first time Spike Jonze had directed a live dance piece. He drafted in Ryan Heffington to choreograph, who he had worked with many times before. The show was put together in under 2 weeks from inception to production. It was sold out for a week and attracted a star studded audience.
