Insight: When your nose is blocked your mouth is always open.A primary school teacher is walking through her classroom distributing metal scissors. It's craft time. One by one she hands them out to each student at their desk. As she walks past one student we see that she gives her plastic safety scissors.We cut to reveal the little girl's face.
