Depression and lack of knowledge about mental health is a major problem in India. In this regard, our work brings out the solution for it in a very minimalistic and simple way. It establishes the basic human act of talking as an effective 'medicine' in dealing with depression.

Often confused with sadness and pessimism, it is easy to mistake this mental disorder for just a “low point” in life or "work stress". In such times, people often resort to immediate short reliefs like popping up anti-anxiety pills, sleeping pills or stress-relief tablets, rather than talking and sharing their real cause of depression.

Our approach was to keep the design very simple, minimalistic and descriptive in nature. We used the shape of a pill/tablet as our main design element to keep the context of the brief intact. We used it (a pill or a tablet) as a table- sitting across which two people can be seen talking and sharing their hearts out.

We used the top-angle to establish a pill as a table and put participants on the either side of the table.

The minimalism of the design puts all the focus on the two main elements- table slash pill and people.
